If the buyer does not specify an express company, we will use the default express company for delivery. We do not accept the dispute over not using the express company the buyer wants to use without specifying an express company.
Normally, we (seller) bear the shipping fee, that means, free shipping for buyer. In some special cases(when the total order is less than $50), the buyer needs to pay extra $25 for shipping.
And, the following conditions will be borne by the buyer:
If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the buyer.
The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.
Remote areas require additional charges, which shall be subject to the amount charged by the express company
① The buyer is not allowed to change the address without permission
② If you need to change the address, you must contact us before ship out. Once your order has been ship out, you must pay us the cost of changing the address.
③ If the buyer privately contacts the express company to change the address, we will consider it a fraud or criminal activity, and we have the right to charge the buyer for changing the address. We even have the right to ask the express company to return the package, and the expenses arising from the return shall be borne by the buyer
④ In addition, if the package is damaged or lost due to the buyer's private change of address, we have the right to reject all the buyer's requirements
The order will be processed within 1-3 working days once the payment is verified, except weekends and legal holidays
① Because the address provided by the buyer is incorrect or incomplete and we cannot contact the buyer, we have the right to delay the shipment of the buyer's order.
② If the shipment is delayed due to special reasons, we will inform the buyer in advance. If the buyer insists on canceling the order when the buyer agrees to delay the shipment, we will deduct the handling fee incurred during your purchase .

1. Normally, the local shippers deliver packages on workday( Mon. - Fri.). Therefore, to ensure your parcel will be delivered to you safely and punctually, it's better for you to choose an address where you can receive the package on workday as the shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open, because the shipper might contact you via phone.
2. Some shipping services we using should have the customer's signature to be successfully delivered. If we ship the goods to your delivery address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or your authorized person are at the delivery address.
