It came beautifully packaged!! The best packaging I've ever received from any vendor. The unit had some preplucked baby hair but I did more. I did lift the knots, so upon washing the wig I did experience shedding ,i understand it .My favorite part about the wig is the cap is small. I didn't have a bunch of extra lace to cut off around my ears and I didn't need to cross over the straps to make it tight like I have had to do with other wigs.
