The seller shipped the hair quickly and communicated with me very well. The hair is true to length and very soft. The color is also accurate compared to the pictures. It had a bit of a weird smell but that easily went away after washing it. I am very happy with my purchase.

LOVE this hair! My new favourite for sure! The colour of the hair does look a little warmer in person, but it��s human hair, so if you silver shampoo it, the warmth comes right out and it looks just as beautiful and icy in person as it does on the photographs.
